A Month Has Passed
It's been almost a month since the tornado of April 27. For many of us, after the initial shock, we got back to life as usual. But for those directly affected, the disaster still continues. For them, life will never be the same. There's still much to do for those struck by the storm. In fact, in many ways, the need for ministry is just beginning. Please continue to pray for these people. Give them a phone call or text message. Just a few seconds of your time will mean everything to them. Ask how you can help. Then follow through. Times like these are times where the church of Jesus Christ should shine! Be the LIGHT!
Guest Preacher This Sunday
We're glad to have Chip Harmon as our guest preacher this Sunday morning. Chip is a dynamic preacher and great Christian man. You will NOT want to miss what Chip has to say Sunday. Make sure you're at LifePointe and bring a friend. They will want to hear Chip, too.
Next Women's Bible Study
We have a women's Bible study meeting every two weeks here, on Thursday mornings. The study is led by Linda Ludwig. The next study is scheduled for Thursday, June 2, at 10:00 am. See Linda Ludwig for more information.
Man Cave Men's Group Tomorrow
The Man Cave Men's Gathering will be this Saturday, May 28, at 7:00 am. All men are invited. And you can bring people with you, too. The Man Cave is not limited to just those from LifePointe. Any man is welcome to come!
Chicken Plate Dinner June 10
The Pointe is hosting a Chicken Plate Dinner Friday, June 10, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Tickets are $8.00. You can get your tickets from any of our youth or J.W. Posey. All proceeds go to The Pointe's Summer Camp.
The Pointe Car Wash June 25
The Pointe will have a car wash in the AutoZone parking lot on June 25. Let our youth shine up your car! All proceeds will support The Pointe's Summer Camp.

We have our Prayer and Share every Sunday night at 5:00 pm. What is Prayer and Share? It's a wide open Bible study. No question or issue is off-limits! We're studying the book of John right now.

The Pointe
The Pointe is the Student Ministry of LifePointe Church.
The Pointe meets every Wednesday night at 6:30 pm.
The Pointe will have a Chicken Plate Dinner to raise money for their Summer Camp. The date for the Chicken plates in Friday, June 10. Tickets are $8.00 each. See JW Posey or one of our youth for tickets.
The Pointe Summer Camp has been scheduled for July 14-17.
